1. The options window should now be displayed. On the left side of the options window you will find Category list; Getting Started will be highlighted. To the right of the Category list you will be prompted to enter some information in the fields provided. See diagram below for an example: 2. Real Name: When you send mail, the name you enter here will appear in the "From" field of the outgoing message. Enter the name as you would like it to appear. Example: John See diagram below for an example:
3. Return Address: When an individual receives your email and attempts to reply to your email, the email address you enter in this field will be displayed as the reply email address. Example: john@domain.com See diagram below for an example:
4. Mail Server (Incoming): In this field, enter the name of your POP3 mail server. Example: If your domain name was domain.com. The incoming mail server you would indicate in the space provided would be either domain.com or mail.domain.com. See diagram below for an example: 5. Login Name: In this field, enter the name before the @ symbol in your email address. Example: If your email address was john@domain.com, the login name you would enter in the field would be john. See diagram below for an example: 6. SMTP Server (Outgoing): In this field, enter the name of your smtp mail server. Example: If your domain name was domain.com. The smtp server you would indicate in the space provided would be mail.domain.com See diagram below for an example: 7. Allow Authentication: This feature does not need to be enabled. You do not have to select this option. Do not check this option.See diagram below for an example:
