1. Once you click on Accounts, an Internet Accounts window will open up.
See diagram below for an example:

2. To the right of this window you will see a button entitled "Add". Select this button and then to the right of this button you will see another window pop up with the option to select "Mail". Select the Mail button. See diagram below for an example:
