  • Frequently Asked Questions

  • I can't find my access log, where is it?

When you FTP into your Home Directory, you will see a file named access-log. Download this file and open it in any word processor or text editor such as NotePad to see exactly what files were accessed, what domain the visitor came from, the dates and times of each visit, etc.

In some FTP programs the link to your access-log appears to be a directory and not downloadable. If this occurs you should look for "manual file select" in the config menu of your FTP. You can also download WS_FTP which will download the access files with no problems.
