You must have one of these files in your 'www' web directory:

index.htm

index.html

index.cgi

Note that the file name must be in lower case (it cannot be Index.html, INDEX.HTML, etc.).

The other possible causes are:

You changed the permissions such that the index page (or the directory containing the index page) is not readable.

Your site was disabled because you exceeded your monthly traffic allocation and have not responded to our email about how you wanted to handle it.

You are more than 30 days past due on payment.
