  • What is my SiteMadeEasy Web Control Panel password?


    Your SiteMadeEasy Web Control Panel password by default is the same password as your main POP/FTP/telnet password. If you do not know your password there are two things you can do.

    1. Log into your home directory and delete the file called plusmail_pass. Then connect to your SiteMadeEasy WebControl System with your browser and you will be prompted to reset your password.

    2. Ask support to reset your password.
