  • Why do I get a "You have reached your maximum" error when I try to add a user account?

When you get the error message "You have reached your maximum." when trying to add a user in the User Manager section of your SiteMadeEasy Webcontrol Panel, it means that you do not have any of that user type unlocked (available to setup).

Different hosting plans come with different allocations of the various user types [view hosting plans].

If you require additional user accounts then you must order additional account(s) before you can set it up in your SiteMadeEasy Webcontrol Panel.
