Applications

There are several features available for accounts. Most are free, some require an additional charge. If you are not sure whether a particular feature listed in "Applications" is included with your account, please check the site features page. You cannot install a service that requires a fee without first ordering it.

To install a specific feature, login to your SiteMadeEasy Web Control Panel, click on "Applications", check off the desired one and click on "Install Service". After 10 minutes, follow the individual links below.

Those applications that require a Mysql database will have pre-filled in all the appropriate data so you only have to input the password and agree to the open source license.

While we provide an easy way to install these services we do not provide technical support on these third-party scripts after installation. Technical support and help manuals are provided at the individual vendor's website (see the "support home page" links).

Once you install a script from the list above, you may need to configure it for your web site.

Miva Order (shopping cart):

Miva Merchant (shopping cart):
Please refer to the Miva Merchant section of this manual. You need a license from Miva or from us to use Miva Merchant.

Real Audio/Video:
This is installed automatically. Please see the Real Audio/Video section for instructions on uploading Real media files in the correct format.

Webmaster Upgrade:

Referrer Logs (see where your visitors came from):
If Referrer Logs are included with your account (check the site features page), they just need to be installed. Check off the Referrer Logs option. Please see the Site Reports page for usage, and to view these statistics. If Referrer Logs are not included with your account, they can be added. Referrer Logs are discussed on the Site Reports page.

Error Logs (see errors generated by your scripts and programs):
If Error Logs are included with your account (check the site features page), they just need to be installed. Check off the Error Logs option. These are installed automatically. Please see the Site Reports page for usage. If Error Logs are not included with your account, they can be added. Error Logs are discussed on the Site Reports page.
